These are documents relating to the security service agreement between StreetPlus and the South Los Angeles Industrial Tract Business Improvement District.  The SLAIT BID recently switched over from Universal Protection Service, as have a number of BIDs downtown.  Also StreetPlus recently poached Ken Nakano away from the Downtown Center BID, so there's some information on him in the proposal.  Finally, much of this information is useful with respect to other BIDs, as South Park (both of them) and Historic Core both use StreetPlus as their security provider.
